Terms and Conditions of acceptance

To ensure a high artistic level of the works presented at the Fair, the WTS Programme Board runs a selection of applications. Applications to the 18^th edition of the Fair will be accepted since March 2020. We are already cordially inviting you to the Fair on October 9-11, 2020.

the Rules, Application Form and a template with an exposition proposal are available to download on this website.

Fill in the form

You can download the documents in the section /For Exhibitors. The application form may be filled in online or dowloaded as a PDF file to print. The mandatory attachment for your application is the exposition proposal. The presentation should include precise arrangement of the stand with the number of artists' work of art and the way of their presentation. A handbook how to prepare the exposition is available on www.warszawskietargisztuki.pl

Send documents

The Application Form, signed Rules and the Proposal of exposition shall be sent do us online, with e-mail or by post. Every application that is correctly filled in, is confirmed with an e-mail from the Organiser.

After the deadline for the submission of applications, the Planning Board will meet to decide on the final list of the Exhibitors of the 18th Art Fair.

Po upływie terminu przesyłania zgłoszeń odbędą się obrady Rady Programowej, która zadecyduje o ostatecznej liście Wystawców 18. WTS.
